Importance of Cleansing during the Solstice

Having had a long career in food and medicine, Ranjan Amin founded Ayurvedic Health London after developing a deep fascination with the way human bodies respond to certain foods, such as wheat, gluten and dairy. Using Ayurvedic medicine and Theragem therapies have provided us with a platform to help people prevent and nourish health to optimum level, as well those with conditions or diseases ranging from cancer, parkinson's, arthritis to diabetes and celiacs.
